According to recent statistics, the number of centenarians in the UK has increased twofold from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.

Between 2004 and 2024, the figure of male individuals reaching 100 has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. Over the same period, the count of female individuals reaching 100 nearly doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.
